Before you upload your custom artwork, please take a quick moment to check that everything is prepped correctly. Good files in = great prints out. Bad files in = sadness, pixelation, and emails you don’t want to send.
To keep things crisp, consistent and print-ready, all uploaded artwork must follow these requirements:
1) Colour Profile
Use RGB (Adobe 1998) only.
Think of it as the lane we all stick to so your colours come out looking the way you intended.
2) Resolution
Artwork must be 300dpi or higher.
Low-res images print like old-school MMS selfies — nobody wants that.
3) Allowed File Formats
We accept only the following:
• CDR
• Vector PDF
• Transparent PNG
(A transparent PNG means… well, transparency. No white boxes hiding in the background.)
4) No Soft Effects
Please avoid the following:
• Shadows
• Glows
• Feathering
• Soft/blurred edges
DTF printers handle crisp edges beautifully, but soft effects tend to print like a smudged highlighter.
5) CorelDRAW Files
If you’re uploading CDR files, ensure everything is converted to curves.
No missing fonts. No surprises. Just smooth printing.
