When placing an order, please ensure all details (sizes, colours, artwork, quantities) are correct.
Because our products are made to order:
- Orders go into production shortly after payment.
- Changes may not be possible once printing has begun.
- We do not accept returns or refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our side.

6. Pricing & Payments
All prices on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may update pricing at any time.
Orders must be fully paid before production begins.
7. Production & Delivery
Production times vary but typically run between 1–3 working days, depending on order size and complexity.
Delivery timelines typically run between 1–3 working days. Couriers operate independently of DTF Prints, but we’ll always help where reasonable.
8. Mistakes, Issues & Quality
If we make a mistake (wrong print, defect, quality issue), you must notify us immediately or within 5 working days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and provide a solution, typically a reprint or replacement.
We cannot be held responsible for:
- Low-quality or incorrect artwork supplied by you.
- Incorrect size choices.
- Colours appearing slightly different due to device screens or fabric variations.
9. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
DTF Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
We are responsible only for the value of the order in question or the cost of replacing the item.
